Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.

- Identify and resolve customer queries related to billing, payments, and account management.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve payment behavior and reduce delinquencies.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in collections or a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).

- Robust understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers over phone calls.
