We are building Dhree because we think the way physical products are designed is fundamentally broken. There are products that cost a fortune because they are genuinely difficult to make. And then there are products that cost a fortune because the design, manufacturing and distribution systems around them were never built to make great design accessible.

We want to change that.

Dhree is building a new generation of high-end physical products, starting with an underserved, predominantly female market. The ambition is not to make incremental improvements to existing products. It is to rethink the product itself, from materials and form to ergonomics, manufacturing and the economics that ultimately determine what a customer pays.

The goal is simple to say and extremely difficult to execute.

Make products people dream about, and make those dreams affordable.

We are looking for a co-founder who is an exceptional industrial designer and wants to help rewrite the playbook for how physical products are conceived and brought to market.

You could come from industry, academia, research, or a combination of the three. We are particularly interested in people with substantial experience in industrial design, especially those who have worked with areas such as automotive, plastics, wearables, displays and screens,



materials, consumer hardware, or advanced manufacturing .

A Masters or PhD in a relevant field is valuable. So is years of actually shipping products. The more deeply you have worked at the intersection of design, engineering, materials and manufacturing, the more compelling the conversation will be.

But credentials are not the point.

We are looking for someone who looks at a familiar product and immediately starts wondering why it has to be built that way.

Someone who cares about the smallest details of form and feel, but can also think about tooling, materials, tolerances, manufacturing economics and scale.

Someone who wants to build products, not just design them.

We are currently building the prototype. Once we have the first working product, we intend to raise a pre-seed round immediately and build the company from there.

This is a true co-founder role , not an early employee role.

There is no salary at this stage , but there will be substantial founder equity for the right person.

If you have spent years designing things and have always felt that the constraints around you were more limiting than your imagination, this might be an interesting problem to work on.
