Role Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder & Strategic Investment Partner to join HealWings Concierge Pvt. Ltd. and play a key role in shaping the company's future.

This is not a conventional employment position . It is an opportunity for an entrepreneur, investor, business professional, or experienced leader who wants to actively participate in building a company from an early stage.

The Co-Founder & Strategic Investment Partner will work closely with the Founder & Director to develop the business model, identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, support investment and financial planning, and drive business development.

The role will involve both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution .

The ideal partner should be willing to contribute not only financially but also through experience, ideas, relationships, business development, networking, and execution.

The role will be based in Gurugram , with flexibility around certain business activities depending on the nature of the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder to develop and refine HealWings' overall business strategy.
- Evaluate and develop new business opportunities across healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, travel, corporate services, property management, and other potential verticals.
- Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, property owners, travel partners, and other strategic partners.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to generate revenue and acquire clients.
- Support marketing strategy, brand positioning, market research, and customer acquisition.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and contribute to financial planning and budgeting.
- Participate in discussions related to future fundraising,



investment, and business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, business partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for domestic and international expansion.
- Help develop operational systems and processes as the company grows.
- Contribute to improving customer and patient experience.
- Evaluate new business ideas and help determine which opportunities should be developed under the HealWings ecosystem.
- Take ownership of agreed areas of the business and ensure effective execution.
- Participate in long-term strategic and financial decisions alongside the Founder.

Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into actionable business plans.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of marketing, customer acquisition, and brand development.
- Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, travel, corporate services, real estate, health-tech, or another service-oriented industry is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience as a founder, co-founder, investor, business leader, or senior management professional is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities, financial requirements, and growth potential.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Founder and future team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage business environment.
- Willingness to be actively involved in the company's growth rather than acting only as a passive investor.
- Ability to work with the team in Gurugram when required.
- A background in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is an advantage.

The exact investment amount, equity participation, role, responsibilities, decision-making structure, and partnership terms will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, capabilities, network, financial contribution, and overall value to the business.
