Responsibilities

- A CNC Operator Cum Programmer is responsible for both operating CNC machines and creating the programs that instruct them.
- This involves setting up machines, programming them, and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

They need a solid

- understanding of CNC programming, machine operation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Programming: Writing and modifying CNC programs based on blueprints and specifications.

- Setup:



Preparing the CNC machine for operation, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and work pieces.
- Operation: Operating the CNC machine according to the programmed instructions, monitoring the process, and making adjustments as needed.

- Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using measuring instruments and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving machine issues and making adjustments to ensure proper operation.

- Documentation: Maintaining records of machine settings, programming changes, and production runs.
- Maintenance: Ensuring the machine is properly maintained and cleaned
