Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC milling and CNC turning machines for precision component manufacturing.

- Set up machines, tools, workholding fixtures, and cutting tools according to job requirements.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.

- Perform tool offset setting, work offset setting, and basic program adjustments.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.

- Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other inspection instruments.

- Conduct in-process and final inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality requirements.

- Identify machining defects, tool wear, dimensional variations, and machine-related issues.

- Perform tool changes and basic machine maintenance/cleaning.

- Follow CNC programs, production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

- Maintain proper documentation of production, inspection, and machine-related activities.

- Work with materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel, and other engineering materials.

- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve machining issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Machining, Tool & Die, or a related technical field.





- Experience in CNC milling and/or CNC turning operations.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, offsets, and machining parameters.

- Familiarity with measuring and inspection instruments.

- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and G-code/M-code is preferred.

- Positive understanding of cutting tools, workholding, and machining processes.

- Ability to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface-finish requirements.

- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

CNC machining qualification with strong practical knowledge of milling/turning and precision manufacturing. CNC programming, tool compensation, coordinate systems and machining cycles.

Experience with Fanuc Mitsubishi Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls. CNC setup, fixture setup, workpiece alignment, zero-point setting, tool presetting and offset management. 5-axis/multi-sided milling or complex turning. Production of single, batch and serial parts. Measurement, inspection, quality documentation and basic machine maintenance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
