Cluster Manager – EdTech

Location: Multiple States / Cluster

Key Responsibilities

- Manage business development activities across the assigned states/cluster.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate sales/business development activities in the region.
- Build robust relationships with university management and key decision-makers.
- Plan and conduct regular university and institutional visits.
- Monitor regional performance and provide regular business updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in EdTech, Education, University Partnerships, Business Development,



or Institutional Sales.
- Strong experience in B2Bsales and university/college partnerships.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned regional education market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
- Proven track record of achieving business/revenue targets.
- Candidates with strong EdTech experience will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA, based on experience and performance.
