Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of UNICSI, working closely with the founding team to build and scale the business. This full-time, on-site position in New Delhi involves leading day-to-day operations, driving product and market strategy, and overseeing core business functions such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience. The Co-Founder will collaborate on product roadmap decisions, analyze market trends, and identify recent opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities include building and nurturing a high-performing team, establishing operational processes, engaging with key stakeholders and investors,



and ensuring that the company’s offerings remain competitive and valuable to customers. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and engage with partners and investors.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Marketing skills, including understanding of digital channels, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Research abilities to evaluate competitors, customer needs, and emerging technologies in SaaS and e-commerce.
- Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience in startups, e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS is highly beneficial.
- Ability to operate effectively in an on-site environment in Current Delhi, with a hands-on, collaborative working style.
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is valued.
