Role & responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Support patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical trial documentation, source documents, and study files.
- Collect, record, and verify clinical data while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with investigators, study coordinators, laboratories, and other clinical research teams.
- Assist with preparation and submission of regulatory and ethics committee documents.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Track study timelines, patient visits, laboratory reports, and other study-related activities.
- Assist in identifying and reporting protocol deviations, adverse events, and other safety-related information.
- Support monitoring visits,



audits, inspections, and resolution of study-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of patient and study information.
- Prepare study reports, presentations, and other clinical research documentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare/science discipline.
- Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trials, and clinical research processes.
- Positive communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
