Company Description Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) is a not-for-profit private university in Gujarat, established under the Gujarat Private University Act, 2009 and empowered to confer degrees under Section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. The university offers 64 programs from undergraduate to PhD level across diverse disciplines including Technology & Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Applications, Management Studies, Applied Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and other Paramedical Sciences. Role Description The Clinical Instructor role at CHARUSAT is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Clinical

Instructor will provide clinical teaching and supervision to students in relevant medical and allied health programs, ensuring that theoretical knowledge is effectively translated into safe and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering clinical training sessions, demonstrating procedures, overseeing clinical rotations,



and assessing learner performance using established evaluation methods. The role involves collaborating with faculty and clinical staff to align clinical education with curriculum objectives, current guidelines, and institutional standards.

The Clinical

Instructor will also contribute to research or scholarly activities, participate in academic meetings, support quality improvement in clinical teaching, and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical education capabilities, including experience in Clinical Education and Training for medical or allied health students.
- Solid clinical foundation in Medicine, with exposure to Critical Care Medicine or other relevant specialties.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in Research activities, such as clinical studies, educational research, or evidence-based practice projects.
- Relevant professional degree in Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, or a related clinical discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Valid skilled registration or licensure (as applicable) and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in clinical practice.
- Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in academic or teaching roles, familiarity with competency-based curricula, and comfort using digital tools for teaching and documentation.
