Role: Clinical Data Consultant – Medicines & Vaccines (Pharmacist)

Location: Remote (India) / Hyderabad

Engagement: Consultant, 10 hours/week, with a path to full-time

Experience: 5+ years

Kin Health is a family-centric healthcare app that helps Indian families manage medicines, vaccinations, health records and doctor consultations for every member in one place. We're looking for an experienced pharmacist to review and own our medicine and vaccine clinical data.

- Identify and document authoritative sources: CDSCO notifications, Drugs & Cosmetics Act schedules, banned FDC lists, drug coding standards, and national and IAP immunisation schedules
- Define data standards, verification rules and the review SOP
- Review and approve additions and changes to our medicine master
- Track new bans, gazette notifications, schedule amendments and withdrawals
- Resolve ambiguous records (spelling variants, salt forms, OTC misclassification)
- Coordinate with our pediatric advisor on vaccine schedule changes
- Sign off every approved change with its source and effective date

- PharmD, or M.Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmacy Practice)
- Active State Pharmacy Council registration
- 5+ years in drug information,



pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs or clinical pharmacy
- Robust knowledge of Indian drug regulation: D&C; Act and Rules, Schedules H/H1/X, CDSCO banned FDCs
- Ability to research and apply official notifications independently
- Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel

- Drug database or clinical content experience at an e-pharmacy, health app or hospital drug information centre
- Familiarity with SNOMED CT / CDCI
- Knowledge of the National Immunisation Schedule and IAP recommendations
