Associate - Client Servicing The Opportunity

LoglineAI works with brands, producers, and studios across cinematic animation, branded promos, micro-dramas, and VFX — all run through a single in-house pipeline, LoglineOS. As the client roster grows, someone needs to own the day-to-day relationship : turning briefs into explicit internal asks, keeping timelines on track, and being the calm, reliable point of contact clients can count on.

What You'll Do

- Own day-to-day servicing for a portfolio of brand and producer clients, acting as their primary point of contact at LoglineAI.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable requirements for the creative, production, and AI teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Coordinate between clients and internal creative/tech teams so projects move without last-minute fire-fighting.
- Prepare and present status updates, timelines, and creative decks to clients.
- Flag risks, delays, or scope changes early,



and drive them to resolution with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, approvals, and feedback for every project.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination — agency, production house, media, or brand-side.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.
- Uses AI tools to summarise data, draft documents, and explore process improvements — and knows how to verify and correct AI outputs.

Good to Have

- Experience in media, entertainment, or advertising/agency client servicing.
- Exposure to brand campaigns, branded content, or content production workflows.
