About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, coordinate projects with internal teams, and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves client relationship management, project coordination, requirement gathering, client servicing, upselling/cross-selling, feedback management, and follow-ups.

Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, scope, and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Handle client queries, feedback, concerns, and clarifications professionally.
- Keep clients updated regarding project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

2. Project Coordination & Internal Liaison

- Translate client requirements into transparent briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with production, post-production, editing, design, studio operations, and marketing teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify potential delays or challenges and communicate them proactively.
- Ensure internal teams have the required information and clarity to execute projects successfully.

3. Sales, Upselling & Cross-Selling





- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Support client negotiations and service discussions.
- Contribute towards repeat business and revenue growth.

4. Client Satisfaction & Quality Control

- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to client requirements.
- Review final outputs for alignment with client feedback and expectations.
- Collect client feedback and conduct satisfaction follow-ups.
- Handle client complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Follow up with clients for future projects and repeat business.

5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain updated client records, communication logs, and project status.

Maintain CRM and client databases accurately.

Track project progress, client feedback, and follow-up activities.

Prepare periodic reports related to client servicing, project status, and business opportunities.

Escalate important client concerns and project issues to the appropriate team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or related roles.
- Freshers can be considered with strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong Kannada communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good client-handling and problem-solving abilities.




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of media, creative, video production, editing, graphics, or related workflows.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a media house, video production company, creative agency, or digital content company.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Previous experience in upselling / cross-selling.
- Basic knowledge of video terminology and post-production processes.
- Exposure to client account management or customer success.

Work Context Work closely with Production, Post-Production, Studio Operations, Graphic Design, and Marketing teams.

Standard Monday–Friday office schedule.

Flexibility may occasionally be required based on client requirements, project schedules, or shoot schedules.

Occasional travel to client sites or shoot locations may be required.
