Role Description The Client Service Professional is responsible for delivering high-quality support and service to ANR’s clients on a daily basis. In this full-time remote role, the individual will handle client inquiries, manage ongoing communication, and ensure that service requests are accurately captured and resolved in a timely manner. Key activities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking deliverables, maintaining client records, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service efficiency.

The role also involves monitoring service performance against agreed standards, preparing basic status reports, and supporting clients with routine finance-related queries or documentation as needed. This position requires a strong focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining solid client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication and effective listening abilities.
- Experience supporting Customer Satisfaction initiatives, such as resolving issues, managing expectations, and following up on client feedback.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to client support, such as invoices, billing queries, or service-related financial documentation.
- Prior experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role in consulting, outsourcing, or professional services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common business software and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms).
- Relevant education in business, communications, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
