Role Description The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai involves coordinating with developers, lenders, internal teams, and clients to prepare and review documentation, verify funding details, and resolve any closing-related issues.

The Closing

Manager will monitor transaction timelines, maintain detailed records, and ensure that all legal, financial, and contractual requirements are met before finalizing deals. The role also includes supporting the sales team with closing-related insights,



managing stakeholder communication, and continuously improving closing workflows and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Closings, with proven experience managing end-to-end real estate or financial transaction closures.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Funding processes, including coordination with financial institutions and verification of disbursements.
- Candidates should possess sales-oriented skills in Sales and Loans, with the ability to support teams in converting leads into successful closures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mortgage Lending, including documentation, regulatory considerations, and lender requirements.
- Relevant experience in real estate, banking, or financial services, preferably in a closing, operations, or transaction management role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, transaction management tools, and basic office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
