Job Responsibilities

- Process and coordinate sales orders accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with customers and the sales team.
- Provide necessary data, reports, and updates to support sales activities.
- Process and follow up on new leads received through various channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with customers and leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



quotations, orders, and leads.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day backend and administrative activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and other requirements.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with experience in sales coordination, customer support, telecalling, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
