About the Role

We are looking for a Client Specialist to manage international client acquisition for Webxela on a contract basis. You will identify and reach founders, CTOs, and product leaders in North America, Europe, and the Middle East who need custom AI agents, full-stack web platforms, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure. You earn direct revenue commission on every closed contract.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end outbound pipeline generation targeting funded startups, scale-ups, and enterprise innovation divisions.
- Conduct in-depth prospect research and execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold Email, Video pitches, Twitter/X).
- Qualify prospect budget, technical requirements, delivery timeline, and decision-making framework before bringing in our technical architects.
- Coordinate discovery sessions, technical scoping workshops, and commercial proposal presentations alongside our engineering leads.
- Manage deal pipeline, negotiate contract milestones, and keep CRM records current in HubSpot and Apollo.

Requirements




- 4+ years of proven experience as a BDE or Senior SDR selling custom software development, AI solutions, or high-ticket agency services.
- Documented history of sourcing $250k+ in qualified pipeline and closing high-ticket deals ($20,000 – $120,000+ contract size).
- Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional consultative selling ability.
- Solid comprehension of software development life cycles (Next.js, React Native, AI/RAG, AWS/GCP, PostgreSQL) to speak credibly with CTOs and engineering directors.
- High agency, autonomous mindset thriving in a 100% remote, async-first contract role.

Bonus Qualifications Existing network of startup founders, VC portfolio directors, or enterprise digital product managers.

Proficiency with contemporary outbound tech stack (Apollo.io, Instantly, Clay, Lemlist, Loom).

Experience selling to US, UK, European, or Australian tech companies.
