Role Description The Civil Project Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil works for Prammo Realty’s residential and commercial projects. This full time, on-site role based in Kalyan involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that site development, utilities, and infrastructure meet design standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, managing stormwater and drainage solutions, monitoring construction quality, and resolving technical issues at the project site.

Engineer will also support cost estimation, material selection, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to safety, sustainability, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and applied civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Site Development for residential and commercial projects.
- Experience with Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure planning.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices for civil construction, materials, and site works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Prior experience in real estate development or building construction projects is an advantage.
