· Supervision, monitoring, control & coordination of civil and infrastructure work at various site locations across Navi Mumbai.
· Responsibility & accountability of execution of the site project as per drawings, designs, requirements specified by architects and structural designers.
· Dealing with various stake holders, consultant, contractors, business partners, etc
· The person should have knowledge of civil engineering, electrical, HVAC, firefighting and project management skill set.
· Key person responsible for attending & solving technical problems and queries on site.
· Day to Day follow-up with different vendors and contractors for proper and timely functioning of the site.
· Providing weekly progress reports to superiors.
· Weekly updating milestone bar chart.
· Providing daily Stock report at the end of the day & keeping a tab on the material procurement needs.
· Ensuring the Safety precautions of the workers and site visitors are in check
· Coordinating with concerned person of various architects, consultants, etc. for drawings and corrections.

Pay: ₹23,837.81 - ₹40,792.96 per month
