Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Lucknow.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing civil engineering plans, preparing drawings and specifications, and supporting project planning and scheduling. Daily activities include coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors, monitoring construction progress, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves analyzing structural and stormwater management requirements, preparing technical reports,



and assisting in cost estimation and resource planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
- Candidates should possess experience relevant to Civil Engineers working on construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with site teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related environmental considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and basic project management practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards in Uttar Pradesh is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure construction projects in India is beneficial.
