Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 8–15 years of experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and completing projects within the approved timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities for hospital projects from execution through completion.

- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Review civil and architectural drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related issues.

- Monitor concrete, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, finishing, and other civil works.

- Ensure proper execution of structural and architectural works as per approved standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control and workmanship.

- Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion.

- Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.

- Verify quantities and assist with BOQ measurements, material requirements, and contractor billing.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare/hospital construction standards, safety requirements,



and applicable building regulations.

- Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure proper integration of civil works with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire & safety systems, etc.

- Identify construction issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework.

- Monitor material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.

- Assist in snagging, rectification, testing, and project handover activities.

Educational Qualification

- Btech

- Additional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management will be an advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

- Experience in hospital, healthcare, medical facility, or large-scale commercial projects is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, finishing works, quality control, and site execution.

- Positive understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction/project management software.

- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.

- Strong contractor and site-management skills.

- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
