Job Title: Civil Engineer – Villa & Apartment Construction

Lockhart Estate LLP is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong practical knowledge in villa and apartment construction. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site activities, coordinating contractors and labour, monitoring quality and progress, and maintaining proper project documentation.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Solid experience in villa and apartment projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution
- Ability to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities




- Knowledge of quantity checking, measurements and basic billing
- Ability to monitor quality, progress and work schedules
- Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prepare site reports, progress reports and work records
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites preferred
