Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead Criclive.in’s overall technology strategy and execution, ensuring that the platform remains fast, reliable, and scalable for real-time cricket coverage and community engagement. This full-time, in office role based in Janakpuri involves overseeing software development teams, guiding product and platform architecture, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The CTO will manage end-to-end technology operations, including infrastructure, security, performance optimization, and integration of new features and tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and editorial teams, prioritizing technology roadmaps,



driving innovation, and mentoring engineering staff to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Software Development and Product Development, with a track record of delivering scalable, high-availability consumer-facing platforms.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, including designing robust systems, setting technical standards, and selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in leading engineering teams, with skills in people management, mentoring, and building an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
- Experience with real-time data systems, web and mobile technologies, and performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear technical plans; interest in or knowledge of cricket and sports media is an advantage.
