eMbrace is a multidisciplinary mental health and neurodevelopmental care provider offering services for children, adolescents, adults, families, schools, and organizations. Role Description The Child Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to children and adolescents, including evidence-based interventions online, through a Consultant role based in Tamil Nadu. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering individual and family therapy, and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.



The role involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to treatment reviews to ensure continuity and quality of care.

The Child

Psychologist will also participate in case discussions, and may support school-based consultations, parent coaching, and community outreach activities aligned with embrace’s clinical protocols.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Psychology especially Neurodevelopmental Disorders, with demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a closely related field; appropriate professional licensure or registration as required.
- Experience with neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) and evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT or behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication, case documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfort working in an online capacity.
