Company Description Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric intervention clinic supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The centre offers specialized services in Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC follows a holistic approach that focuses on social, physical, emotional, and intellectual development for each child.

Role Description The Child Psychologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, administering and interpreting standardized tests, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. The role involves delivering counseling and behavior therapy, engaging families through regular feedback and guidance sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and regulatory standards.





The Child

Psychologist will also contribute to program development, case reviews, and parent education initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based at Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and applied child and adolescent mental health practices.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments for children.
- Clinical experience in Mental Health care for children, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Skills in Family Therapy, with the ability to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support the child’s progress.
- Relevant degree in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a closely related field; registration or licensure as per local regulations is preferred.
- Experience working in pediatric, rehabilitation, or developmental settings; familiarity with neurodevelopmental and learning disorders is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, child safeguarding, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing professional development.
