Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology vision, aligning IT strategy with business goals in the immigration and consulting domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software and product development initiatives, leading the design and architecture of technology platforms, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and efficient.

The CTO will manage cross-functional technology teams, coordinate project delivery, collaborate with leadership on digital transformation,



and evaluate new tools and integrations to improve client and internal user experience.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development, including experience building secure, scalable web-based platforms and tools.
- Proven experience in Project Management, leading cross-functional technology initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Expertise in IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology investments and roadmaps with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience in system and solution Architecture, designing robust infrastructures and integrations.
- Track record in Product Development, shaping tech-enabled services and features based on user and business needs.
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse technical teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and best practices relevant to professional services and client-facing platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in consulting, skilled services, or immigration-related domains is an advantage.
