Role Description The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations across Jinisha Global Ventures’ portfolio, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, implementing operational frameworks, and optimizing workflows to support sustainable growth and ESG objectives.

The COO will collaborate with the executive team on business planning, financial performance, and risk management, while monitoring key metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities also include establishing operational policies, mentoring managers,



strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting expansion initiatives across hospitality, F&B;, entertainment, and technology ventures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Assam, India.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Operations Management and Business Planning to design, implement, and scale effective operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources, control costs, and support sustainable growth.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities, including team development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in multi-venture or multi-industry environments, ideally in hospitality, F&B;, entertainment, or technology.
- Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainable business practices, with a commitment to inclusive and culturally respectful growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; significant senior leadership experience is required.
