We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer | FMS Dental, Hyderabad

Since 1993, FMS Dental has been unifying every branch of dentistry under one roof… today that's grown into 2 FMS International Dental Centers in Hyderabad and Kochi, 10 multispecialty dental clinics, a full-fledged dental hospital with ICU and in-patient surgical care, and one of India's most advanced CAD-CAM labs. We've also expanded into aesthetics through FMS Skin & Hair and FMS Sculpt, and we are now building towards becoming South Asia's leading dental and aesthetics brand. We're looking for a COO to lead the operational engine behind that next phase of growth.

What you'll own:

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, with ownership of day-to-day operations across our clinics, hospitals, labs and aesthetic centers. That means:

- Driving operational strategy across all sites, keeping clinical and administrative processes efficient, protected and aligned with our quality standards
- Optimizing patient flow and resource allocation across a fast-growing multi-site network
- Coordinating cross-functional teams… clinical, administrative and support to keep pace with expansion
- Partnering with senior leadership on business planning, performance tracking and financial stewardship
- Building and implementing policies, workflows and systems that improve both patient experience and staff productivity
- Reviewing operational metrics and KPIs,



and resolving escalated issues before they become bottlenecks
- Mentoring and developing managers across locations, and supporting compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
- Contributing directly to expansion initiatives across India and international markets

What you bring:

- Prior work experience in Dentistry or a related single speciality medical fields such as Dermatology, Ophthalmology, etc.
- A strong track record leading multi-site healthcare operations, with real experience optimizing processes at scale
- Sharp business planning and strategic management skills… you've set org-level goals and actually executed the growth plans behind them
- Solid grip on finance and budgeting, including P&L; ownership and resource allocation for sustainable, cost-efficient operations
- Strong analytical instincts… comfortable reading operational data, KPIs and dashboards to drive decisions, not just report on them
- Proven leadership across cross-functional teams, with a track record of building accountability and developing people
- Excellent stakeholder management… you can work equally well with clinical leaders, vendors, partners and regulators
- Familiarity with quality standards and patient-safety protocols is a strong plus
