? THIS IS NOT A NORMAL PRODUCTION MANAGER JOB

Baksa Global is looking for a highly experienced garment-industry professional who can become the Founder’s Right Hand and take complete ownership of factory operations.

The Founder will focus on business growth, sales, customers, large orders, expansion and new markets.

You will focus on building and running the machine that makes that growth possible.

We are looking for someone who has the maturity, leadership and practical factory experience to eventually manage a 100 → 500 → 1,000+ machine manufacturing operation.

? YOUR MISSION

Build a factory that can run efficiently even when the Founder is not physically present.

You will take ownership of:

1️⃣ COMPLETE FACTORY OPERATIONS

- End-to-end factory management
- Production planning and execution
- Cutting → Stitching → Finishing → Packing
- Daily/weekly/monthly production targets
- Line balancing and productivity improvement
- WIP management
- Quality and rejection control
- Machine utilization and maintenance coordination
- On-time order completion

2️⃣ PEOPLE & MANPOWER

You will be responsible for building the team.

- Recruit stitching karigars and helpers
- Build a strong network of garment workers
- Recruit supervisors, cutters, finishers and QC staff
- Manage attendance and discipline
- Reduce absenteeism and worker turnover
- Build supervisors/team leaders
- Maintain relationships with contractors/job-workers
- Ensure manpower is always available according to production requirements

3️⃣ COST & PROFITABILITY

- Control manufacturing cost
- Control wastage and rejection
- Improve labour productivity




- Monitor cost per piece
- Control overtime and unnecessary expenses
- Improve machine utilization
- Track production vs labour cost
- Help management improve factory profitability

4️⃣ SYSTEMS & MANAGEMENT

Build systems so the factory doesn't depend on one person.

- Daily production MIS
- Manpower reports
- Quality reports
- WIP tracking
- Material/inventory control
- Attendance systems
- Performance tracking
- SOPs and production processes
- Daily problem-solving meetings

5️⃣ VENDORS & EXTERNAL OPERATIONS
- Manage job-workers and outside processes
- Coordinate fabric/trims/accessories requirements
- Finishing/embroidery/printing/washing vendors where applicable
- Dispatch and logistics coordination
- Negotiate operational issues with vendors
- Ensure vendors meet timelines and quality standards

? YOU WILL BE THE FOUNDER'S RIGHT HAND The Founder should not need to call the factory every hour.

Your responsibility will be to:

Identify → Decide → Execute → Report

If there is a problem, don't just report:

❌ “Sir, 10 karigar nahi aaye.”

We expect

✅ “10 karigar absent hain. I've already contacted two contractors and arranged 7 replacements. The remaining 3 will join tomorrow. Production impact will be limited to X pieces.”

We want problem-solvers, not problem-reporters.

₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month

+ Performance Incentive For the right candidate with proven experience, compensation is negotiable.

We would rather pay more for an exceptional operator who can genuinely build and run the organisation than hire a cheaper person who needs constant supervision.
