About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven CFO to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, controls, working capital, treasury, costing, compliance and MIS.

This is a business-facing leadership role requiring close collaboration with the MD and senior management to improve profitability, cash flow, financial discipline and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A;.
- Own P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management MIS.
- Drive working capital, collections, inventory and cash-flow optimisation.
- Lead manufacturing costing, SKU profitability and cost-control initiatives.
- Analyse customer, channel, product and sales-team profitability.
- Manage banking, treasury, CC/OD, BGs, LCs and financing.
- Oversee GST, taxation, audits, statutory compliance and internal controls.
- Optimise Finsys ERP, automation, MIS and financial dashboards.
- Monitor payroll, manpower costs and factory labour costs.
- Partner with Sales, Purchase, Production, Operations and HR on financial decisions.




- Provide data-driven strategic insights to the MD and senior leadership.

Qualification & Experience

- CA preferred.
- 15+ years of finance experience with 4 to 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing finance for a 100-500 Cr+ organisation preferred.
- Strong manufacturing finance, costing, working capital, banking, taxation and MIS experience.
- Experience working directly with Promoters / MD / Senior Management.

Technology Skills Advanced Excel | Finsys ERP | Financial Modelling | MIS | Power BI | Power Query

Knowledge of Tally, banking/CMS, GST/Income Tax portals, HRMS and CRM/SFA systems is an advantage.
