Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

About the Role

SCLOUDIN is looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead business expansion, enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnerships across IT staffing, skill outsourcing, technology engineering and IT services.

The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience in IT, software, technology, production engineering, manufacturing or any relevant industry, with a strong corporate network and a proven ability to generate business and secure large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth through new enterprise client acquisition, strategic accounts and long-term outsourcing engagements.
- Leverage established corporate networks to bring in new accounts for IT staffing, skill outsourcing, resource augmentation and managed services.
- Build relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, procurement heads and other key decision-makers.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, MNCs, GCCs, system integrators and technology companies.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities and revenue streams across industries and geographies.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contract closures and strategic business development initiatives.




- Work closely with the CEO and delivery teams to achieve revenue, profitability and sustainable growth targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 20 years of professional experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, outsourcing or leadership roles.
- Solid corporate network with the ability to open doors to enterprise clients and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Proven experience in acquiring large accounts, winning contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently lead business growth and take ownership of commercial outcomes.
