Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to support business growth in 1031 Exchanges and alternative tax strategies, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, building marketing plans, managing public relations initiatives, and coordinating with sales leadership to drive demand and enhance client acquisition and retention. The CMO will lead and mentor the marketing team,



manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Collaboration across departments, including compliance, advisory, and sales, is essential to maintain a unified and client-focused message.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a proven ability to design and implement integrated marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated skills in Market Research to identify client needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
- Experience in Public Relations, including media relations, brand reputation management, and stakeholder communication.
- Background in Sales collaboration, supporting revenue goals through demand generation and lead-nurturing initiatives.
- Extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or related regulated industries.
- Proficiency in data-driven marketing, analytics tools, and performance measurement to optimize campaigns and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial services marketing and a commitment to ethical, compliant practices.
