Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, responsible for leading all financial and strategic planning activities at Criclive.in. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation to support sustainable growth and platform development. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing internal controls.





The role will collaborate closely with the leadership team to evaluate new initiatives, optimize revenue streams, assess financial risks, and provide data-driven recommendations. The CFO will also lead the finance team, mentor staff, and establish efficient financial processes and systems that align with the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance with demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategic insights and actions.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership, ideally in a digital media or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance) are strongly preferred.
