Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our Marketing & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing current customer relationships, generating leads, promoting our civil and precast products, and supporting sales activities.

The role is suitable for a Civil Engineering fresher who is interested in technical sales, customer interaction, field marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit architects, builders, contractors, engineers, dealers, consultants, and project sites.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and explain company products such as Precast Concrete, Pavers, RMC, Blocks, Blue Metals, and other building materials.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.




- Identify upcoming construction projects and collect project details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct field visits and submit daily visit and enquiry reports.
- Coordinate with production, estimation, dispatch, and project teams.
- Update customer and sales information in ERP / CRM / Excel.
- Follow up on enquiries and support order conversion.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction and building materials is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, or CRM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
