Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Criclive.in will lead the overall strategic, financial, and operational direction of the organization. This is a full-time, in office role based in Janakpuri, responsible for setting long-term vision, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering top-tier cricket content and fan engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing core business functions, managing budgets and resources, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring efficient operations across content, technology, and community teams.

The CEO will build and maintain partnerships, represent the brand to stakeholders,



and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. The role also involves fostering a collaborative culture, implementing performance metrics, and ensuring sustainable revenue and user growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to optimize processes and guide long-term organizational growth.

- Demonstrated ability in Sales and revenue generation, including developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

- Leadership experience in digital media, sports, or technology sectors, with a track record of scaling businesses or platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams.

- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with analytics, user engagement metrics, and performance dashboards.

- Ability to work on-site in Janakpuri and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

- Advanced degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in senior executive roles will be considered.
