We’re looking for a CEO ?

Not the “sit in a cabin and approve things” kind.

We’re looking for someone who can think like a founder and operate like a CEO, and get things moving.

MoonBliss is building in the menstrual wellness space — creating better products, experiences and conversations around how women manage their periods and everyday life.

Now, we’re looking for someone to take the driver’s seat for our next phase.

Strategy. People. Numbers. Sales. Operations. Growth. Chaos.

You don’t have to do everything yourself. But you should know what needs to happen, who should make it happen, and whether it actually happened.

What will you actually do?

Pretty much run the business.

Build the plan. Build the team. Set the numbers. Track the numbers. Question the numbers. ?

Drive revenue, GTM and market expansion.

Work closely with product, menstrual wellness R&D;, marketing, sales and operations.

Keep an eye on cash flow, budgets, margins and profitability — because revenue screenshots alone don’t build companies.

Build systems where there are none.

Fix things when they break.

Understand the menstrual wellness consumer deeply — not just the product, but the problems, habits, discomforts and experiences we’re trying to improve.

Talk to partners, vendors, healthcare/wellness stakeholders, investors and whoever else needs to be in the room.

And most importantly — turn plans into execution.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with management-level experience who has already dealt with real people, real targets and real problems.





You could come from a startup, D2C/consumer brand, menstrual/women’s wellness, FMCG, healthcare/wellness, agency or another fast-moving business.

Led an agency? Great.

Managed multiple clients or brands? Interesting.

Worked across multiple industries? Even better.

Built teams or systems from scratch? We definitely want to talk.

You should be comfortable with P&L;, budgets, forecasts, reports, KPIs and business planning.

And you should be able to look at a dashboard and ask:

“Okay… but why?”

A few non-negotiables.

Strong English + Hindi — speaking and writing.

Good communication. Solid ownership. Leadership without unnecessary ego.

Comfortable making decisions — and comfortable being questioned about those decisions too.

You should also be comfortable working in the menstrual wellness category and genuinely interested in understanding the women we’re building for.

When something goes wrong, your first instinct should be “How do we fix this?”, not “Whose fault is this?”

MBA? Nice.

Fancy designation in your previous company? Also nice.

But we’re much more interested in what you’ve actually built, led, improved or scaled.

One last thing.

MoonBliss is a startup.

Some things will be organised. Some things will be messy.

And some things you’ll have to build yourself.

If you want everything figured out before you join, this probably isn’t your place.
