Key Requirements

- 20 to 30 years of overall professional experience
- 5 to 10+ years in a CEO / Managing Director / Business Head / Country Head / Senior P&L; Leadership role
- Proven experience managing a business of approximately 500 Crore+
- Strong track record of scaling businesses, developing new markets and building leadership teams
- Strong B2B sales, key account management and solution-based selling experience
- Experience in Building Technologies, Industrial Safety, Electrical Systems, Automation, Engineered Equipment, EPC, Fire Protection or related sectors




- Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and project execution
