Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. in relevant specialization with B.Ed.

Location: The Gurukulam School, powered by Physicswallah Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to Classes XIXII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding through engaging and student-centric teaching methods.
- Prepare students for Board examinations, JEE/NEET and other competitive examinations.
- Design lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and other academic resources.
- Conduct practical/laboratory sessions and ensure proper understanding of experimental concepts.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Regularly assess student performance and maintain academic records.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and technology-enabled learning.
- Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, school events,



and other institutional activities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and the academic team for curriculum planning and student development.

Candidate Profile
- Robust subject knowledge in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts.
- Experience in Board + competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart-class technology.
- Candidates from reputed schools/coaching institutes with strong academic backgrounds are preferred.
