Responsibilities:

- Supervise precast segment/girder casting activities at the casting yard.

- Check reinforcement, BBS, shuttering/formwork, embedments and dimensions as per drawings.

- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, demoulding and finishing.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, survey, planning and safety teams.

- Ensure quality, productivity and daily casting targets.

- Maintain casting records, inspection reports and production reports.

- Identify and rectify construction defects/rework.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITP and safety procedures.

Preferred: Experience in metro viaduct/bridge, precast segment casting or casting-yard operations.
