Role Description

We are looking for passionate, candidates interested in a sales and marketing career for Chemical Industry raw materials (Adhesive/ Textile/ Paint/ Coatings/ Colorant/ Paper / Packaging/ Sealants/ Adhesives).

Responsibilities include develop and identify new leads and business for packaging, paper and allied industries. CRM / Coordinate with other teams for budgeting and forecasting.

Candidates with minimum 2 years' experience in marketing Chemicals & with deep field sales or technical service work may apply.This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing role for chemical raw materials based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with industrial customers, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company’s specialty chemical products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research,



preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

The individual will collaborate closely with technical and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and will track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to marketing campaigns and product positioning. Regular client visits, follow-ups, and participation in industry events and exhibitions are key components of this role.

Qualifications

- Chemical Industry knowledge and experience in sales or marketing of chemical raw materials
- Chemical Engineering background or related technical education, with the ability to understand product specifications and applications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and sales performance tracking
- Effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal teams
- Basic Laboratory Skills or familiarity with chemical testing and quality parameters is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific or technical field
- Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management skills
