Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and other finance-related activities of the organization while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, notices and related documentation.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Review purchase, sales, expenses, inventory and other accounting entries.
- Monitor and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure proper accounting and valuation of inventory, including raw material, WIP and finished goods.




- Review costing and profitability of products/projects where required.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act and other relevant regulations.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with HR, Purchase, Stores, Production and Sales teams on finance-related matters.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and vendors.
- Any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

- CA – Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
