Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting standards, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy.
- Support business teams with financial insights for decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best financial practices.




- Ensure timely compliance with ROC and other statutory requirements, wherever applicable.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified #CharteredAccountant(CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, media, FMCG, or corporate finance will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
