Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy and annual budgets.

- Manage Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, taxation, treasury, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, MIS, and financial projections.

- Monitor dealership profitability, expenses, working capital, and cash flow.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, banks, financial institutions, and consultants.

- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and risk-management systems.

- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and working-capital requirements.

- Review financial performance against budgets and provide corrective-action recommendations to management.

- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, loans, and fund requirements.





- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improve overall financial efficiency.

- Ensure proper control over dealership assets, inventory, and financial transactions.

- Support management in business expansion, investment decisions, and strategic planning.

- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

- Provide accurate financial insights and recommendations to the CEO/MD for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.

- 1015+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, audit, and financial analysis.

- Solid leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in the automobile dealership industry will be an advantage.
