About the RoleWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage the finance function of our fast-growing FMCG business, with a strong focus on cost control, profitability, financial planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and MIS.
- Handle product costing,



cost analysis and profitability.
- Monitor raw material, packaging, production, inventory and overhead costs.
- Analyse budget vs. actuals, cost variances and margins.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor inventory accounting, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Sales and Operations.
- Provide management with financial insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
- CA Qualified with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of costing, profitability, taxation, GST, MIS and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with valuable knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems.
