Role & responsibilities

- Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, statutory compliances, and tax reconciliations.
- Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, material consumption, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and overall financial controls.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Support management in cost optimization, financial planning, risk management, and business decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in manufacturing, handicrafts, home dcor, furniture, textile, or similar industries preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, taxation, accounting, costing, inventory, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
