Role Description The Chartered Accountant will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru office, supporting the financial and compliance needs of DM-Immigration Consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. The role involves handling tax planning and compliance, coordinating audits, and verifying adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Accountant will also analyze financial data, prepare reports for management, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and support decision-making for business expansion and client-related projects.



Collaboration with internal teams to provide financial insights and maintain transparent documentation is central to this position.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership from the relevant accounting body.
- Strong grounding in financial accounting, management accounting, and corporate finance, with experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, tax planning, and filing, with practical experience in regulatory compliance and statutory reporting.
- Experience in audit planning and execution, internal controls, and risk assessment, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools, along with solid skills in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare transparent reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in quick-paced, client-focused environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with operational and management teams.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or immigration-related businesses is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial and client information.
