Corporate Solutions Redefined India Pvt. Ltd. (CSR), a specialist in corporate travel accommodation management and accommodation facilitation services, is looking for an experienced Head of Finance. The designation may be aligned with the candidate’s experience and seniority.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a finance team of approximately 20, including Line Managers across Billing & Receivables, Payables, Banking & Payment Processing and Virtual Card Payments.
2. Manage overall financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and working-capital management.
3. Drive periodic MIS reporting covering Receivables, Payables, Commission Receivables, budget and cash-flow variance analysis, P&L; and client-wise earnings.
4. Ensure strong Direct and Indirect Tax compliance, including Income Tax, TDS, GST and FEMA, with thorough knowledge of the latest regulatory changes and amendments, along with statutory compliance and timely audit closure.

Undertake commercial evaluation of Sales and Vendor Contracts, including pricing, margins, payment terms, creditworthiness of clients and financial exposure.
6. Coordinate with Banks, Auditors, Consultants, Company Secretary and other stakeholders.
7. Support Top Management in strategic decision-making by providing timely, accurate and meaningful financial data and analysis.

Core Requirements
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Process / Travel Management Company or Travel, Tourism & Accommodation business.
- Qualified qualification such as CA / Inter CA / CMA / MBA Finance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA and statutory compliance, including the latest regulatory changes.
- Strong experience in MIS, cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and commercial finance.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to support senior management in financial decision-making.

ERP, financial analytics and automation experience will be an added advantage.
