Role:

Responsible for testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with defined quality and food safety standards.

Responsibility

- Conduct chemical and physical testing of RM, PM, in-process and finished products as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Test parameters such as pH, TSS, acidity, moisture, viscosity, colour, density, salt, sugar and other applicable parameters.
- Collect, identify, handle and store samples as per defined procedures.
- Operate, clean and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure timely calibration/verification.
- Maintain laboratory chemicals, reagents, standard solutions and testing materials properly.




- Record test results accurately and immediately report out-of-specification results or deviations.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA and sample traceability.
- Support investigation of quality deviations, customer complaints, product trials and process validation.
- Follow GMP, GLP, food safety, laboratory hygiene and safety requirements.
- Ensure secure handling, storage and disposal of chemicals, samples and laboratory waste.
