Job Title: Center Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Center Manager – Placement to manage placement activities, employer relationships, student career support, and overall placement operations at the center.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all placement activities at the center.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
- Identify and generate new placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with companies for job openings, interviews, recruitment drives, and campus placements.
- Conduct regular corporate and company visits to develop placement opportunities.
- Coordinate student interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain updated records of students, employers, interviews, and placements.
- Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and job-search assistance.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to improve student employability.
- Organize placement drives, career fairs,



seminars, and recruitment events.
- Follow up with placed students and companies to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare regular placement reports and update management on placement performance.
- Support B2B activities, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships where required.
- Work towards achieving monthly placement and corporate engagement targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, corporate relations, business development, or a similar role.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Ability to visit companies and institutions as required.
- Strong networking and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing a team and center operations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
