1. Center Operations
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the school/center.
- Ensure daily operations are conducted as per school policies, SOPs, and management instructions.
- Monitor opening, closing, cleanliness, safety, discipline, and overall campus standards.
- Coordinate effectively with Academic, Administration, HR, Accounts, Transport, and Support teams.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and reports are completed within the defined timelines.
1. Academic & School Management
- Monitor the overall academic functioning of the center.
- Coordinate with the Principal/Academic Coordinator to ensure curriculum and academic plans are implemented.
- Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, classroom discipline, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and academic documentation.
- Track student performance and ensure timely corrective actions wherever required.
- Support the academic team in maintaining teaching and learning standards.
1. Admissions & Student Strength
- Take responsibility for achieving the center's admission and student-enrolment targets.
- Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, campus visits, conversions, and admission closures.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective parents.
- Review admission reports and pipeline status regularly.
- Coordinate with the Admission Team to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
1. Parent & Student Relations
- Handle important parent concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional communication with parents and students.
- Monitor feedback, complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure parent concerns are properly documented and followed up until closure.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the school community.
1. Staff Management
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, leave, and overall performance.
- Ensure employees follow HR policies and school procedures.
- Review staff requirements and communicate vacancies/replacement needs to HR.
- Support HR during recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring,
and employee exits.
- Ensure recent employees receive proper induction and understand their responsibilities.
- Escalate repeated attendance, discipline, or performance concerns to HR/Management.
1. HRMS & Attendance Compliance
- Ensure all staff regularly punch in and punch out through the HRMS.
- Monitor missing punches, late attendance, early departures, and absenteeism.
- Ensure employees apply for leave through the HRMS and obtain the required approvals.
- Review attendance regularly before salary processing.
- Ensure daily reports and assigned HRMS activities are completed accurately.
- Immediately communicate attendance discrepancies or exceptional cases to HR.
1. Administration & Infrastructure
- Ensure classrooms, offices, reception, washrooms, common areas, and other facilities are maintained properly.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, electricity, water, and other essential services.
- Report infrastructure requirements and maintenance issues to the concerned department.
- Ensure school equipment, furniture, keys, documents, and other assets are properly maintained.
1. Safety & Security
- Ensure compliance with school safety and security procedures.
- Monitor visitor entry and exit procedures.
- Ensure students are safely supervised during school hours.
- Coordinate with security, transport, and support staff regarding safety requirements.
- Report accidents, incidents, emergencies, or serious concerns to Management immediately.
1. Finance & Documentation
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding fee collection and outstanding dues.
- Monitor fee-related follow-ups with parents as per approved school policy.
- Ensure proper handling and submission of center-level documents and records.
- Review expenses and administrative requirements within approved limits.
- Ensure no unauthorized financial commitments are made on behalf of the organization.
1. Reporting & Accountability
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by Management.
- Track center-wise targets, admissions, attendance, academic performance, staff requirements, and operational issues.
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Take ownership of pending actions and provide timely updates until closure.
1. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the key coordination point between Management and the center.
- Attend scheduled review meetings and implement decisions communicated by Management.
- Ensure instructions from Management are communicated clearly to the concerned teams.
- Maintain qualified communication across departments.
1. Discipline & Policy Compliance
- Ensure all employees follow organizational policies, school rules, working hours, attendance requirements, and skilled conduct standards.
- Address minor disciplinary matters promptly and escalate serious/repeated issues to HR.
- Ensure no staff member is permitted to bypass established approval procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for policy violations and corrective actions.
1. Overall Accountability
The Center Head is responsible for the overall operational performance of the center, including: Admissions + Academics + Staff Management + Attendance + Parent Satisfaction + Administration + Safety + Fee Coordination + Reporting + Policy Compliance.
The Center Head should ensure that all departments function in coordination and that assigned targets, responsibilities, and Management instructions are completed within the prescribed timelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
