Category Manager – Blinds & MTM Curtains |

Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Experience: [2-9] years | Travel: As required

About the Role

We are looking for a Category Manager to lead and grow our Blinds business and support our Made-to-Measure (MTM) curtains category. You'll be the technical and commercial link between sourcing, manufacturing and sales, working directly with customers, dealers, architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle technical blinds inquiries from customers, dealers, architects and designers, covering mechanisms, materials, motorization and home automation.
- Support the sales team on project and bulk deals, including calls and site visits, and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate across vendors, in-house manufacturing, sales and customer care on specs, lead times, dispatch and installation.
- Lead new catalogue and product launches, including vendor evaluation, range selection, pricing and sales readiness.
- Drive category strategy across Roman, Roller, Wooden,



Honeycomb, Zebra, Zip and Outdoor blinds, and track performance.
- Train the fabric sales team and installer network, and build spec sheets and comparison guides.
- Support MTM curtains with pricing input, pitch material and production–sales coordination. Training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in blinds, window furnishings, home automation or interiors, or in a similar technical product category such as modular furniture, HVAC or building products.
- A consultative selling approach, not just order-taking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Knowledge of motorized systems or home automation is a solid plus.
- Category management, product management or technical sales experience is preferred.
